At lectures discusses key objectives of the course Optics. Explained in detail important for problem solving techniques and concepts, such as interference, temporal coherence, spatial coherence, diffraction, Fresnel zone, resolution, spatial Fourier transform, the polarization spectrum.
The course consists of 15 lectures, seminars. Each contains a brief theoretical overview and methods for solving the key tasks that are important for understanding the principles of the practical application of theoretical knowledge. Theoretical calculations carried out with the help of knowledge based on the integral-differential calculus and vector algebra. Addressed most of the tasks of the job to second-year students MIPT fourth semester.
